Soldiership Recruiting Campaign

We have an annual campaign to recruit officers. Why don't we have a similar one to encourage people to become soldiers? Without lots of soldiers, we're not going to recruit many officers. And I personally believe soldiership is a meaningful covenant we should be encouraging our people to explore.

Have someone go around and film some testimony videos from different soldiers around the country. Find out why soldiership is important to them. Distribute videos to Corps and ask them to play them during meetings and/or share online.

Put together some nice collateral (e.g. 16:9 slides to play before/after church, posters, social media graphics, etc.).

Make sure each Corps is setup with the resources to run prep sessions off the back of the campaign.

Measure results, and adjust/repeat the following year as appropriate.

This idea probably doesn't need much funding - we should already have the people and expertise needed to run this sort of campaign. It's really just a matter of getting a couple of people to line up those testimonies, and then a couple of people to put together the graphics and other resources and distribute to everyone.

What department are you from?

Who is your target market?

People who may become Soldiers, but there hasn't been an active campaign to recruit them.
